It&#8217;s really easy to make vegetable ribbons with a peeler that has a horizontal blade. I can&#8217;t stop raving about it to anyone that will listen as I truly find it super quick and easy![\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Tuesday<\/span>: Melon, Parma ham and feta cheese salad<\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;12809&#8243; img_size=&#8221;1024&#215;512&#8243; onclick=&#8221;custom_link&#8221; link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.bonapp.menu\/admin-ace\/menu-fiche-recette.php?id=164&#8243;][vc_column_text]I am going through a phase of putting all sorts of fruits in salads and this one is a perfect salad for a hot summer&#8217;s day; melon, parma ham and feta cheese. When I tried this for the first time, I was totally amazed at how tasty the red bean croquettes are. I thought about a frittata, which means &#8220;fried&#8221; in Italian. \u00a0I decided to use the name tortillas instead, because this recipe is cooked in the oven.
