My name is Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique, I’m 40 years old, I’m married and I have 2 children. <\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve always loved to cook, as a child we had a wonderful grandmother who spent a lot of time cooking for a big family, I think that is what influenced me the most.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since a very young age, I’ve been surrounded by a culture of great tasting, healthy food in a friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n

I like it when we are all around the dinner table eating a nice simple homemade dish. For me a successful meal is when you hear only the sound of the forks scraping the plates, and then I tell myself that either the meal is very good, or the guests are choking! <\/span><\/p>\n

I love to discover new flavours while traveling; my dream would be to do a culinary world tour. I remember a really unusual recipe from Peru; a kind of sausage boiled corn meal served at breakfast: strange !!! but still it was very good.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>It is always a pleasure to discover new flavours, that said, I am very attached to my French Savoyard origins. I adore a good “farceman” (a savoury cake made of potato with bacon and prunes), accompanied by cabbage sausages: amazing! <\/span><\/p>\n

Nowadays, it is nevertheless difficult to take time to cook. <\/span><\/p>\n

Fortunately there are tools that make life easier for us, I am inspired by recipes found in magazines such as: Femme Actualle, websites such as Marmiton and of course Bon App. <\/span><\/p>\n

It’s been a while since I’ve been organising my week around the Bon App recipes. The concept is very interesting because the meal plans are balanced; simple and easy to prepare with a variety of food.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

I’ll leave you now, because it’s Thursday and I cannot wait to discover the new meal plans that Patrick is proposing for next week. <\/span><\/p>\n
